A Kafu package may combine flights, hotels, transfers, rail, domestic flights, tours, meals and support, but only the final quotation and confirmation define what is included for your dates.
Potential inclusions
Flights
The proposal should state airline, cabin, dates, route, baggage and fare conditions. Seats, meals and lounge access are separate unless listed.
Hotels
Confirm the property, room type, occupancy, meal plan and nights. Connecting rooms, views and early check-in are requests until confirmed.
Transfers
Check private or shared type, airports and hotels covered, child seats, luggage allowance and waiting rules.
Tours and experiences
Confirm private or group format, operating language, duration, pickup, tickets and cancellation terms.
Planned vs booked: read the confirmation
An itinerary can show a recommended stop or activity before a supplier reservation exists. Treat an activity, entrance ticket, guide or special experience as booked only when your final quotation or booking confirmation expressly lists it as included/confirmed, or Kafu issues the relevant voucher or ticket. If advance booking is required, ask whether Kafu is reserving the entry or only recommending the stop. A private driver is not automatically an activity-booking agent or licensed guide unless the confirmed service says so.
Intercity transport
Rail and domestic flights should state class, baggage, reservations and station or airport transfers.
Support
Planning, supplier coordination and emergency-contact scope should be described in the proposal or travel documents.
Common exclusions
Visas, insurance, city or resort taxes, tips, personal spending, optional activities, unstated meals, seat upgrades and costs caused by schedule changes are normally separate unless expressly included.
