Which airport should I use for the Hoi An part of the route?
Use Da Nang as the airport gateway, then continue by road to Hoi An. Vietnam Tourism describes the drive from Da Nang International Airport to the Ancient Town as about 50 minutes. That is a planning estimate, not a guaranteed transfer time to every hotel.
